Is airport meet and greet included?

– Yes, please proceed to baggage claim area for the respective airline.
– A chauffeur will meet you there 30 mins after landing time.
– Please call 407-501-6163 if you need assistance.

What is your payment policy?

– The credit card on file will only be used to hold your reservation
– Card will be processed 72 hours prior pick-up.
– Motor coaches bookings, payment is due 14 business days prior service.

How to add/replace the credit card number on my reservation?

– Please use the following form:  Credit Card Form

How much is your International Arrival fee?

– A $35 international flight arrival fee will be added to all Orlando Airport MCO and Sanford Airport SFB pick-ups.

What if my flight is delayed? Do you track flights?

– We track inbound flights only.
-There’s no need to call us to notify us about flight delays (unless the flight number on file has changed),
– We track all inbound flights and your designated driver won’t be dispatched to the airport until your flight is in the air.
–  It is the client’s responsibility to make sure we have the correct flight information on file as we only start tracking flights 2 hours prior the scheduled arrival time.
-Rescheduling fees may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if I still haven't received my confirmation yet

-Check your spam folder and add our email address info@flmagicaltours.com to your safelist. – All online bookings are processed within 12-24 hours. If its been over 24 hours, please contact us

Do you offer curbside pick-up?

Airport curbside pick-up is available upon request.

Do you provide transportation outside the Orlando area?

– Yes. Email info@flmagicaltours.com to receive a transportation quote.

Do you price match your competitors?

No. Our all-inclusive rates are higher than some others. Our quality of vehicles and customer service is much higher than all others. We provide an all-inclusive experience and in this business you will always get what you pay for.  We are not a taxi nor a rideshare company. Our goal is to always provide you with the highest level of comfort and customer service possible.

What time should I enter on the online reservation form if I'm scheduling an airport pick-up?

-We track all inbound flights.
– Please select your flight arrival time as pick-up time.
– If additional time is required after landing (eating, shopping, etc), you must notify us at least 24 hours prior arrival.
– Request must be shown on your reservation confirmation in order to avoid any waiting fees.

How much is your early pick-up fee?

A $35 fee will be applied to all pick-ups scheduled between 11:30PM and 5:30am.

Do you provide child car seats?

- Scooter Policy

– Our vehicles do not have scooter accessible ramps. 
– High Top Vans are the only vehicles available for all reservation with scooters.
– Scooter must be 50lbs or less.
– Passenger must assist with loading it into the back of the vehicle.

I'm picking up a stroller from the airport

– You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance (waiting fees may apply).
– Driver will wait one hour after landing time and then meet you at baggage claim.

Regarding COVD-19

COVID-19 Warning – We require our drivers to wear face masks and encourage our clients to do so as well. All vehicles are disinfected before and after service, using wipes to wipe down the interior of our vehicles. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us. Thank you.

What dimensions are a large, medium, and small suitcases?

Small: 19-21 inch
Medium: 23-25 inch
Large: 26-28 inch
