How do I request a child seat?
List each required seat while completing the reservation. The team reviews the vehicle, seat types, quantities and applicable fees.
Who chooses the seat and confirms the installation?
The parent or guardian chooses the appropriate restraint based on the child and the seat instructions. Florida Magical Tours prepares and positions the requested seat; the parent or guardian reviews and confirms final fit and security before departure.
Which vehicles offer rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats?
Rear-facing seats are limited to eligible vans. Forward-facing seats are available in eligible SUVs and vans. Boosters are available in sedans, SUVs, vans and limousines. Child seats cannot be installed in motorcoaches.
How are child-seat fees calculated?
Rear-facing seats are $10 each per transfer. The first forward-facing seat and first booster are complimentary per transfer where eligible; additional eligible seats are $10 each. Fees are added after review and may not appear automatically in the initial total.
May we bring our own child seat?
Yes. A parent or guardian may bring and install a compatible personal seat. Include it in the reservation so passenger and cargo space can be reviewed.
Can I request a specific brand or model?
You may state a preference, but exact brand, model and color are not guaranteed. Availability may include Graco, Evenflo or Cosco.
How much luggage space does a stroller use?
A single stroller is treated as approximately one large plus one medium suitcase. A double stroller is treated as approximately two large plus two medium suitcases.
What if a stroller-rental company is delivering at MCO?
Notify Florida Magical Tours at least 24 hours before arrival. With advance notice, baggage-claim service includes waiting up to one hour after flight arrival. Without notice, waiting and airport gate fees may apply.
Are child seats available on motorcoaches?
No. Child seats cannot be installed in motorcoaches.
What if our requirements change?
Contact the team promptly. A different type or quantity of seats, additional passengers, strollers or luggage may require a different vehicle.
