By placing your reservation with Florida Magical Tours and Transportation, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Meet and Greet Instructions

Airports:

  • MCO / SFB domestic flights, your chauffeur will be waiting at baggage claim area (25-30 mins after landing time) holding a sign with your name on it. Your chauffeur will be monitoring the flight number indicated on your confirmation. (JetBlue: 45-50 mins after arrival time. Due to JetBlue’s ongoing issues/delays with their luggage handling system) 
  • For MCO international flights,your chauffeur will be at the baggage claim area approximately 90 minutes after landing time (estimated customs wait time), holding a sign with your name on it.
  • For SFB international flights,your chauffeur will be at the baggage claim area approximately 90 minutes after landing time (estimated customs wait time) at the Welcome Center building. 
  • If you are unable to find your driver, call 407-501-6163(or use the link provided for immediate assistance via live chat).
  • STROLLER RENTALS: Please be aware that a $40 fee will be applied to your reservation if transportation is required from Terminal C to Terminal A to retrieve your stroller. This fee covers additional waiting time (up to 15 minutes) and airport gate fees.

Hotels: The driver will be waiting at the main lobby’s valet area. For assistance, please call 407-501-6163 (or use the provided link for immediate assistance via live chat).

Port Canaveral: Follow the signs indicating ‘commercial vehicle pick-up.’ Upon customs clearance, ensure your cell phone is on. Confirm that the lead passenger’s contact number on this reservation is correct. Once you are out front the terminal please call 407-501-6163 (or use the provided link for immediate assistance via live chat) . It’s important to note that commercial vehicles are prohibited from remaining or waiting curbside and must adhere to the designated area specified by the Port Canaveral Authority.

Theme Parks: Follow the signage indicating ‘commercial vehicle / taxi pick-up.’ Please call us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled return time if you wish to arrange an earlier or later pick-up time back to your hotel.

  • Important Terms and Conditions

Airport Pick-Ups: Passengers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the flight number provided on the reservation confirmation. Drivers will not be dispatched to the airport if the flight information is incorrect. Please be aware that it may take up to 1 hour for a new driver to be dispatched to the airport, and no refunds will be issued. We begin monitoring the airline and flight number indicated on your reservation confirmation 2 hours prior to the requested pick-up time.

For all domestic flights, the driver will wait for up to 40 minutes after the landing time (up to 120 minutes for international flights) at the baggage claim area, displaying a sign with your name on it. If no contact is made within 30 minutes (90 minutes for international flights), the driver will be released and/or a waiting fee will be applied. Should additional time be required after landing (for meals, shopping, etc.), you must inform us by calling 407-501-6163 at least 24 hours before your arrival. This request must also be reflected in your confirmation. Charges for airport gate access and hourly waiting may apply.

Florida Magical Tours and Transportation will not assume liability for damage to strollers, suitcases, or personal items.  

Eating is prohibited within our vehicles. Any spills of liquids, including coffee, soda, bodily fluids, etc., will result in a non-refundable sanitation/cleaning fee of $350. The client is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by any passenger. Any spills leading to permanent staining of a child seat will incur a replacement fee. No fast food is allowed in any of our vehicles.

In the event of flight cancellation, please notify us with your updated flight information. Rescheduling fees may apply.  Should your flight be diverted, please contact us at 407-501-6163 with your revised flight details or any updates. 

Changes in vehicles may occur (no fees will be applied) due to heavy traffic, schedule change requests within 72 hrs of the original PU time, weather conditions, breakdowns, and/or  flight delays. 

Any additional gratuity given to your chauffeur is non-refundable. 

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

All non-urgent changes/modifications to your reservation must be made by calling our office at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond this deadline, rescheduling fees may apply.

Drivers are not authorized to accept or approve changes to routes, times, or locations. Changes to reservations must be made by calling our office; email requests will not be accepted.

Florida Magical Tours and Transportation assumes no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings, baggage, or items left in our vehicles. Items left in our vehicles will be returned at the recipient’s expense, along with a service fee of $65. 

Transfer will be considered completed, and the vehicle will be released if no contact is made after 15 minutes of waiting time (Hotel pick-ups). Refunds will not be given. 

Florida Magical Tours and Transportation only tracks inbound flights; outbound flights are not monitored or tracked. We cannot guarantee availability if you request a schedule change on the same day of departure time. Rescheduling fees may apply.

We maintain the responsibility of ensuring our vehicles’ cleanliness to guarantee your full satisfaction with our services. Hence, smoking within our vehicles and any spills (including vomiting) or damage caused by passengers will incur a minimum cleaning charge of $350.

Any instances of underage drinking or drug use will result in the cancellation of the remainder of the trip without a refund.

An early/late pick-up fee of $35 will apply to all bookings between 11:45 PM and 5:00 AM.

  • Credit Card Charges

    Credit card number on file won’t be charged/processed until 3 business days prior to pick-up service. 5 business days for all Saturday and Sunday bookings. 20 business days for Motor Coach reservations. No refunds will be issued pass this deadline.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time by calling 407-501-6163. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only) 

    Cancellations can only be requested by calling 407-501-6163 from 7:00am – 10:00pm EST. Emails won’t be accepted.

    If cancellation is made  after business hours, please leave a message including the reservation # and last name.

    No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made within the 72-hour deadline. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only) 

    If your flight is cancelled and you are not able to find another flight to Orlando, a 25% processing/cancelation fee will apply (this includes weather related cancellations). Rescheduling fees may apply (50% cancellation fee for all limousine and motor coach reservations)

    If your flight out of Florida is canceled, we must be notified at lest 60 mins prior pick-up time. If you cancel at the time of pick-up or within the 60 min cancelation window, transfer is non-refundable and a $65 rescheduling fee will apply.

    Liquor or any other type of alcohol/soft drinks requested with limousine transfers, are non-refundable.

    The credit card on file will only be used to hold your reservation.

    Motor Coach Cancellation Policy: 20 business days to cancel by calling 407-501-6163. No refunds will be made If cancelled within 20 business days.  Payment will be processed 20 business days prior Initial/First Airport Arrival/Pick-up. If no payment has been received by then, your booking will be cancelled.
