Compare the route, then confirm the right vehicle.

Published rates are charged per vehicle, not per passenger. Passenger count, luggage, strollers, child seats and special equipment must all fit within the selected class.

OW means one-way. RT means round-trip.

A round trip covers both confirmed directions of the published route. It is not an open-ended charter and does not automatically include extra stops, waiting time or itinerary changes.

01

Understanding rates

01

Choose the route

Match the airport, resort area, theme-park area or Port Canaveral route.

02

Select the vehicle

Use passenger and luggage limits together; available seating alone is not enough.

03

Review fees

International arrivals, overnight pickups, holidays and charters have additional conditions.

04

Submit the itinerary

The team reviews the date, times, locations, flights, passengers and requested services.

02

One-way and round-trip rates

Pricing guidance

Rates connect MCO, SFB, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, International Drive and Port Canaveral. A family of four and a family of five may pay the same SUV rate when both parties and all luggage fit safely in that class.

Vehicle choice affects the rate because capacity differs. Sedans suit up to three travelers with light luggage; SUVs up to five; executive vans up to nine; Sprinter vans up to fourteen; limousines up to eight with limited cargo; and motorcoaches up to fifty-four by custom quote.

For airport arrivals, meet-and-greet is included for sedan, SUV, executive van, Sprinter and limousine classes. Motorcoach greeting is available. Provide the correct airline, flight, airport, passenger mobile number and destination.

Child seats, strollers and oversized items can change the required vehicle. Applicable pricing and terms shown on the confirmed reservation control the booking, so review that confirmation carefully.
