Are the rates per person or per vehicle?
Rates are per vehicle for the published route. Passenger and luggage limits still apply.
What do OW and RT mean?
OW means one-way. RT means both confirmed directions of the published route. Extra stops, waiting time and itinerary changes are not automatically included.
What is included in the standard transfer rate?
Published standard rates include tolls, gate fees, gratuity, fuel surcharge and administrative or credit-card processing fees. Applicable international, overnight, holiday, charter or custom-service charges are additional.
Does passenger capacity guarantee our luggage will fit?
No. Seating and cargo are separate limits. Suitcases, carry-ons, strollers, child seats and oversized items can require a larger vehicle.
Is airport meet-and-greet included?
It is included for sedan, SUV, executive van, Sprinter and limousine classes. Motorcoach greeting is available.
What is the international-arrival charge?
The published international-arrival charge is $35.
What is the overnight-pickup charge?
Between 11:00 PM and 5:30 AM, add $35 for sedans, SUVs and vans, $50 for limousines and $70 for motorcoaches.
Which holidays have a surcharge?
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Add $35 for sedans, SUVs, vans and limousines, or $50 for motorcoaches.
What if my route is not listed?
Contact the team with the date, times, pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and vehicle preference for a custom quote.
Can I add a stop?
List the stop with the reservation request. Stops are not automatically included and may require additional time or charges.
Can published prices change?
Yes. The rate and terms shown on the confirmed reservation control the booking.
