Traveling today or within 72 hours?

Use 24/7 live chat for flight changes, pickup concerns, chauffeur-location questions or other time-sensitive assistance. Email is not an active dispatch channel.

01

Airport pickups and drop-offs

Is airport meet-and-greet included?

Yes. Meet-and-greet is included with qualifying MCO and SFB airport pickups. Proceed to the baggage-claim area assigned to the arriving airline. The chauffeur follows the meeting time and procedure shown in the current Meet & Greet instructions.

What happens when my inbound flight is delayed?

Inbound flights are tracked beginning approximately two hours before scheduled arrival, and the chauffeur is not dispatched until the flight is in the air. You do not need to report a normal delay unless the flight number, arrival airport or itinerary changes. The passenger is responsible for ensuring the correct flight information is on file. Rescheduling fees may apply when confirmed travel details change.

What pickup time should I enter for an inbound airport reservation?

Enter the flight’s scheduled arrival time as the pickup time. If the party needs extra time after landing for eating, shopping or another activity, notify the team at least 72 hours before arrival. The additional-time request must appear on the confirmation. Waiting charges may apply when unplanned additional time is required.

What time should I schedule transportation back to the airport?

Outbound flights are not tracked. For MCO, schedule pickup at least three hours before departure. For SFB, schedule pickup at least three and one-half hours before departure. Allow more time when the resort, traffic, airline or travel party requires it.

Is curbside airport pickup available?

Yes, curbside pickup may be available by advance request. The meeting procedure depends on the airport, terminal and current commercial-vehicle rules. Keep the lead passenger’s phone available and follow the instructions provided by the operations team.

How much is the international-arrival fee?

A $35 international-arrival fee is currently added to MCO and SFB airport pickups. International arrivals use longer estimated customs and meeting windows.

02

Reservations, payments and cancellations

What is the payment policy?

The payment card is used to hold the reservation and is normally processed four business days before pickup. Motorcoach payment is due ten business days before service. Review the confirmation and current Terms & Conditions that apply to the reservation.

How do I add or replace the credit card on my reservation?

Use the secure Credit Card Form. Allow up to 24 hours for the update, do not submit the form repeatedly, and include every reservation number that should use the new payment method. New payment-card information is not accepted by telephone.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation deadlines, charges, credits and rescheduling provisions vary by vehicle and circumstance. Read the complete current Cancellation Policy before changing or cancelling transportation.

Why have I not received my confirmation?

Online booking requests are normally processed within 24 hours. Check the spam or junk folder and add info@flmagicaltours.com to the safe-sender list. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact the team with the booking details.

How much is the overnight pickup fee?

For pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:30 AM, the current published fee is $35 for sedans, SUVs and vans, $50 for limousines and $70 for motorcoaches.

Do you match competitor prices?

No. Florida Magical Tours does not price match. Published rates reflect a prearranged private vehicle, itinerary review, a professional chauffeur, customer support and the services described for the selected route.

Are published transfer rates all-inclusive?

Standard published routes currently include tolls, gate fees, gratuity, fuel surcharge and administrative or credit-card processing fees. International-arrival, overnight, holiday, charter, waiting-time, added-stop and custom-route charges may still apply. Review the Rates page.

Do you provide transportation outside Orlando?

Yes, subject to availability and itinerary review. Email info@flmagicaltours.com or use the Contact page with the date, pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and requested vehicle for a quote.

03

Families, luggage and accessibility

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster options are available by advance request, subject to vehicle compatibility, quantity and applicable fees. Passengers may also bring their own child seat. The parent or guardian reviews and confirms final fit and security before departure. See the complete Child Car Seat page.

What should we do when renting a stroller at MCO?

Notify the team at least 24 hours before arrival. Rental strollers may be in a different terminal from the arriving flight. Terminal C passengers should consider having one party member collect the stroller from Terminal A or B while the remaining passengers wait for luggage. A $35 fee currently applies when transportation between terminals is required and includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for that terminal transfer.

How are small, medium and large suitcases measured?

Small suitcases are approximately 19–21 inches, medium suitcases 23–25 inches and large suitcases 26–28 inches. Strollers and oversized items also use cargo space. Review the Luggage Size Chart and the selected vehicle’s limits.

Can a passenger travel with a trained service animal?

Yes. Add the service animal in the reservation’s Additional Comments so the trip and vehicle space can be planned. Bring a blanket or protective seat cover large enough for the area where the animal will sit. A cleaning charge may apply for excessive hair, saliva, staining or interior damage. A sedan or SUV may be suitable for a service animal under 20 pounds; an eligible van is required for an animal over 20 pounds. Limousines are not available for service-animal transfers.

Can you transport a mobility scooter?

The vehicles do not have scooter-accessible ramps. Under the current policy, a high-top van is required, the foldable scooter must weigh 50 pounds or less, and the passenger or companion must assist with loading it into the rear cargo area. Contact the team before booking to confirm weight, folded dimensions and vehicle availability.

Does the maximum passenger number guarantee that our luggage will fit?

No. Passenger seating and cargo space are separate limits. Count every suitcase, carry-on, stroller, child seat, mobility item, golf bag and equipment case. Select a larger vehicle or contact the team whenever capacity is uncertain.

04

Service and itinerary planning

How do I request a grocery-store stop?

Add the request in the Additional Comments area while booking and submit it at least 72 hours before pickup. The stop must appear on the confirmation. Complimentary options are conditional and not guaranteed; paid guaranteed options use different durations and fees. Read the full Grocery Store Stop policy.

Can I add an unscheduled stop directly with the chauffeur?

No. Additional stops require advance review because they affect route time, vehicle scheduling and pricing. A stop is not confirmed unless it appears on the reservation confirmation.

Will I receive the chauffeur’s phone number in advance?

Driver mobile numbers are not provided in advance. The designated chauffeur normally contacts the lead passenger shortly before pickup. Keep the correct traveling passenger’s mobile number on the reservation and available at the scheduled time.

Can I request the exact vehicle shown in a photograph?

Vehicle photographs and brand names represent examples within each class. Exact make, model, year, color and configuration are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed. Operational conditions may require an equal or larger vehicle.

Why does private transportation cost more than an on-demand rideshare?

Florida Magical Tours provides prearranged transportation around a confirmed itinerary and reserved vehicle class. Pricing reflects advance trip review, published capacity guidance, professional commercial operations, direct support and location-specific pickup instructions. It is a different service model from an on-demand taxi or rideshare.

How far in advance should I reserve?

Reserve as early as possible, especially during holidays, cruise weekends, school breaks and major Orlando events. Availability is not guaranteed until the request is reviewed and confirmed. Child seats, grocery stops, custom routes and larger vehicles require additional advance planning.

What should I do if my question is not answered here?

Use the Contact page, call 407-501-6163 or open live chat. Include the travel date, reservation number when available and enough itinerary detail for the team to provide an accurate answer.
