Airport pickups and drop-offs
Is airport meet-and-greet included?
Yes. Meet-and-greet is included with qualifying MCO and SFB airport pickups. Proceed to the baggage-claim area assigned to the arriving airline. The chauffeur follows the meeting time and procedure shown in the current Meet & Greet instructions.
What happens when my inbound flight is delayed?
Inbound flights are tracked beginning approximately two hours before scheduled arrival, and the chauffeur is not dispatched until the flight is in the air. You do not need to report a normal delay unless the flight number, arrival airport or itinerary changes. The passenger is responsible for ensuring the correct flight information is on file. Rescheduling fees may apply when confirmed travel details change.
What pickup time should I enter for an inbound airport reservation?
Enter the flight’s scheduled arrival time as the pickup time. If the party needs extra time after landing for eating, shopping or another activity, notify the team at least 72 hours before arrival. The additional-time request must appear on the confirmation. Waiting charges may apply when unplanned additional time is required.
What time should I schedule transportation back to the airport?
Outbound flights are not tracked. For MCO, schedule pickup at least three hours before departure. For SFB, schedule pickup at least three and one-half hours before departure. Allow more time when the resort, traffic, airline or travel party requires it.
Is curbside airport pickup available?
Yes, curbside pickup may be available by advance request. The meeting procedure depends on the airport, terminal and current commercial-vehicle rules. Keep the lead passenger’s phone available and follow the instructions provided by the operations team.
How much is the international-arrival fee?
A $35 international-arrival fee is currently added to MCO and SFB airport pickups. International arrivals use longer estimated customs and meeting windows.
