03 / IMPORTANT STOP CONDITIONS
A scheduled stop can still
depend on the operating day.
Complimentary stops may be removed when flight timing, airport delays or late vehicle changes reduce the time available between scheduled transfers.
Flight timing changes
A complimentary grocery stop may be canceled when the flight arrives at least 30 minutes early or is delayed by at least 30 minutes.
Airline or airport delays
A complimentary stop may be canceled when airline-related airport delays include longer-than-normal luggage waits of 40 minutes or more.
Late vehicle changes
Changing the vehicle with less than 72 hours' notice is treated as booking a new transfer and may remove the complimentary stop.
No unscheduled stops
The chauffeur cannot add a grocery stop that was not pre-booked because the vehicle and driver must follow the scheduled itinerary.
Groceries only
Complimentary or paid grocery stops cannot be substituted for restaurants, hotels, theme parks, outlet malls or other destinations.
No drive-through substitution
A grocery stop cannot be replaced with a fast-food drive-through. Eating is not permitted inside company vehicles.

How Florida Magical Tours grocery stops work
Florida Magical Tours and Transportation offers several grocery-stop options for eligible private transfers. The stop is an addition to the confirmed transportation itinerary, not an unscheduled request that can be made directly to the chauffeur after pickup. Please make your request by leaving us a note under Part 3 of the online reservation form.
All grocery stops must be requested at least three days, or 72 hours, before the scheduled pickup. The request must appear on the reservation confirmation as an additional stop. If the confirmation does not show it, contact the office before travel rather than assuming the chauffeur can accommodate it.
The standard in-town location is Publix Super Market at Lake Cay Commons, 9930 Universal Boulevard in Orlando. Alternative locations such as Target or Walmart may be available for an additional fee and only when approved in advance. The transportation schedule not simply the store's operating hours determines whether a stop is available.
Complimentary stops are conveniences offered with qualifying trips and are not guaranteed. A qualifying in-town airport round trip may include up to 15 minutes. An eligible out-of-town transfer with two or more booked legs may include up to 10 minutes. Operational delays or schedule changes can require either complimentary option to be canceled.
Pre-ordering is strongly recommended. A short stop is intended to collect groceries, not complete a full unplanned shopping trip. Having the order ready helps the party return to the vehicle within the confirmed time and protects the chauffeur's later scheduled pickups.
The chauffeur must continue the itinerary when the confirmed stop time expires. Additional shopping time is not automatically available, and any request for a longer guaranteed stop must be arranged before travel. Large grocery orders may be better handled through delivery to the hotel, resort or vacation rental where the property permits it.
Complimentary stops may be canceled when the flight is at least 30 minutes early or delayed, when airline or airport delays create luggage waits of 40 minutes or more, or when the vehicle is changed with less than 72 hours' notice. These conditions can reduce the time reserved between transfers even when the passenger did nothing wrong.
The stop may be used only for groceries. It cannot be exchanged for fast food, restaurants, theme parks, hotels, shopping outlets or other unrelated locations. Eating is not permitted in the vehicles, so food purchased during the stop should remain packaged until the party reaches the destination.
Grocery stops are unavailable between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If the flight or pickup falls within that period or the itinerary is likely to be affected by late arrival arrange grocery delivery or place a pickup order for another time rather than relying on a transportation stop.
