Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time by calling 407-501-6163. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only) 
  • Cancellations can only be requested by calling 407-501-6163 from 7:00am – 10:00pm EST. Emails won’t be accepted.
  • If cancellation is made  after business hours, please leave a message including the reservation # and last name.
  • No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made within the 72-hour deadline. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only) 
  • If your flight is cancelled and you are not able to find another flight to Orlando, a 25% processing/cancelation fee will apply (this includes weather related cancellations). Rescheduling fees may apply (50% cancellation fee for all limousine and motor coach reservations)
  • If your flight out of Florida is canceled, we must be notified at lest 60 mins prior pick-up time. If you cancel at the time of pick-up or within the 60 min cancelation window, transfer is non-refundable and a $65 rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Liquor or any other type of alcohol/soft drinks requested with limousine transfers, are non-refundable.
  • The credit card on file will only be used to hold your reservation. 
  • Credit card won’t be charged until 72 hours prior scheduled pick-up. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only) 
  • Motor Coach Cancellation Policy: 20 business days to cancel by calling 407-501-6163. No refunds will be made If cancelled within 20 business days.  Payment will be processed 20 business days prior Initial/First Airport Arrival/Pick-up. If no payment has been received by then, your booking will be cancelled.
