Prebooking removes the uncertainty of searching for transportation after a flight. Your reservation identifies the incoming flight, destination, passenger count and selected vehicle in advance. For an MCO arrival, the confirmation includes the airport meet-and-greet instructions associated with the airline and terminal. Inbound flight monitoring helps our team prepare for revised arrival information, while your family keeps the transportation details in one organized reservation.
A Disney vacation often involves more equipment than an ordinary trip. Checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and child seats all affect usable capacity. Sharing complete information while reserving allows the appropriate Luxury SUV, Executive Van or Sprinter Van to be selected. Infant, toddler and booster seats may be requested in advance, with availability and combinations dependent on the vehicle and service requirements.
Our Disney World transportation is private, not a shared shuttle. The vehicle is reserved for your party, so there are no unrelated passenger pickups or shared-route hotel stops. This gives children space to settle after traveling, keeps the family together and provides a more direct transition from the airport to the resort. A courtesy grocery stop may also be requested in advance and is subject to the applicable reservation terms and operational availability.

Is the MCO to Disney World ride private or shared?
The vehicle is reserved for your party. You will not share the ride with unrelated passengers, and the transportation does not include shared-shuttle resort stops.
Where will the chauffeur meet us at Orlando International Airport?
Your reservation confirmation includes meet-and-greet instructions for the airline and arrival terminal. Airport pickups generally include an inside meeting point associated with the appropriate baggage-claim area. Review the confirmation before travel and keep the primary contact telephone available after landing.
What happens if our incoming flight is delayed?
We monitor the inbound flight information provided with the reservation and prepare for updated arrival details. If the airline changes the flight number, routing or airport, contact our team promptly so the reservation can be reviewed.

How should we choose a vehicle for luggage and strollers?

Can we reserve our return ride from Disney World to MCO?
Yes. Arrival and departure transportation can be reserved together. Provide the departing airline, flight number and scheduled departure time so an appropriate resort pickup time can be planned.
