A complete request allows the team to compare the reservation, completed transportation and available agency attribution without repeatedly asking for missing information.
The commission may already appear in the agency's internal payment records or may be scheduled through the host agency. Confirm that it is actually missing before submitting this form.
Use Commission Assistance when transportation has been completed and a qualifying reservation cannot be located in the appropriate agency commission records.
Do not use this form for a future reservation, a canceled reservation, general booking assistance or agency registration.
Submit one form for each reservation requiring review. Repeated submissions for the same reservation may delay identification and follow-up.
Enter each item exactly as it appeared on the reservation or agency record.
Commission assistance requests are reviewed at the end of each month. The submitted information is compared with the original reservation, completed transportation record and available advisor or agency attribution.
If the review confirms that an eligible commission was missing, it will be included in the next monthly commission batch. Any request for clarification will be sent to the professional email address entered on the form.
Submitting the form does not by itself confirm eligibility or guarantee payment. Eligibility depends on the completed reservation and the applicable travel-partner program requirements.
Complete the form once for each reservation requiring review. Verify every entry before selecting Submit.
For future reservations, follow the Travel Agent Booking Guide. Use the traveling passenger's information in the passenger fields and enter the advisor and agency details in Additional Comments.
If the agency has never registered with Florida Magical Tours, complete Agency Registration before relying on future reservation attribution.
