Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our Cancellation Policy page. We kindly ask that you take a moment to carefully review our policy outlined below. While we understand that unexpected changes and last-minute situations can arise, especially when traveling, we’ll always do our best to be understanding and flexible whenever possible. However, due to high demand and limited availability—particularly during peak seasons—we may need to strictly adhere to our cancellation terms to ensure fair and consistent service for all our clients. Standard Cancellation Policy (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines):
Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled pick-up date by calling 407-501-6163 or LiveChat. For example, a reservation scheduled for July 10th must be cancelled no later than July 5th. Email cancellations will not be accepted.Non-Refundable Cancellations (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines):
Reservations cancelled within five (5) days of the scheduled pick-up date are non-refundable.Flight Cancellations (Inbound to Orlando):
If your flight to Orlando is cancelled and an alternative flight cannot be arranged, a 25% cancellation/processing fee will apply. This amount can be issued as a credit toward any future booking within 12 months. Please note that rescheduling fees may apply, and limousine and motor coach reservations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.Flight Cancellations (Departing Florida):
If your departing flight is cancelled, you must notify us at least 90 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so may result in the transfer being non-refundable, and a $65 rescheduling fee may apply.Limousine Beverage Policy:
Any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages pre-ordered for limousine service are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation status.Motor Coach Cancellation Policy:
Motor coach reservations must be cancelled at least 10 business days in advance by calling 407-501-6163 or LiveChat. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 10 business days of the scheduled service. Full payment is due 10 business days prior to the initial airport arrival or pick-up date. If payment is not received by that time, the reservation will be cancelled. Please note that all legs are charged as one single transaction 10 business days prior the first leg, and no partial refunds will be issued if any portion of the reservation is canceled.Flight Delay Advisory (Return Transfers):
We strongly recommend not rescheduling your airport return transfer based solely on messages from your airline about delays. These messages may be inaccurate, causing unnecessary last-minute changes. If you choose to reschedule and then revert to your original time, we cannot guarantee availability and no refunds will be provided for missed or adjusted transfers.
