Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date by calling 407-501-6163. i.e. A July 10th booking must be cancelled no later than July 6th. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations)
- Cancellations can only be requested by calling 407-501-6163 from 8:00am – 9:00pm EST. Emails won’t be accepted.
- No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made within the cancellation window (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations)
- If your flight is cancelled and you are not able to find another flight to Orlando, a 25% processing/cancelation fee will apply (this includes weather related cancellations). Which can be used as credit towards any future booking within 12 months. Rescheduling fees may apply (50% cancellation fee for all limousine and motor coach reservations)
- If your flight out of Florida is cancelled, we must be notified at least 90 mins prior pick-up time. If you cancel at the time of pick-up or within the 90 minutes of your scheduled time, your transfer is non-refundable and a $65 rescheduling fee will apply.
- Liquor or any other type of alcohol/soft drinks requested with limousine transfers, are non-refundable.
- The credit card on file will only be used to hold your reservation.
- Credit card won’t be charged until 72 hours prior your scheduled pick-up date. (applies to sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines reservations only)
- Motor Coach Cancellation Policy: 20 business days to cancel by calling 407-501-6163. No refunds will be made if cancelled within 20 business days. Payment will be processed 20 business days prior Initial/First Airport Arrival/Pick-up. If no payment has been received by then, your booking will be cancelled.
- We strongly recommend that you do not reschedule your return trip to the airport, even if you receive a message from your airline indicating a delay. These messages can sometimes be misleading, causing passengers to rush back to the airport unnecessarily. Please be aware that if you choose to reschedule to a later time and then revert to the original time, we cannot guarantee availability, and no refunds will be given.
