Meet & Greet Instructions and Contact Information

To ensure a smooth and seamless pick-up experience, we kindly ask that you carefully review the meet and greet instructions provided below.

Please note that these instructions are also included at the bottom of your reservation confirmation and are sent via text message 48 hours and 1 hour prior to your scheduled pick-up.

Additionally, please ensure that we have the correct cell phone number for the lead passenger on your booking confirmation. For effective communication, we kindly request that you do not provide a home, office, or any other number.

Airports:

  • MCO / SFB domestic flights: Please ensure that your cell phone is turned on as soon as it is permitted by the airline. Your driver will not proceed to baggage claim until they are able to make contact with you. Meet and greet will be at baggage claim area and we will be holding a sign with your name on it, approximately 35 minutes after gate-arrival time. We will be monitoring the flight number indicated on your confirmation. (JetBlue: 1 hour after arrival (gate) time. Due to ongoing issues/delays with their luggage handling system)  -please remain inside the terminal | Carry-on luggage only? Please call or chat with our office as soon as you land.

    If you are able to collect your luggage sooner than expected, please contact us, and we will dispatch your chauffeur to your location immediately. Please note that arrival may take 5-10 minutes after your request.

  • Hyatt Regency MCO: From the Hyatt’s elevator, not airport’s, select (motorcoach / valet parking) level. Your vehicle will be waiting right next to the valet stand.
  • MCO international flights: Your chauffeur will be at the baggage claim area approximately 45 minutes after landing time (estimated customs wait time), holding a sign with your name on it. If you are able to get to baggage claim before that, please contact us and your driver will be dispatched to your location right away. This can take up to 5-10 minutes.
  • SFB international flights: Your chauffeur will be at the baggage claim area approximately 90 minutes after landing time (estimated customs wait time) outside the Welcome Center building. 
  • If you are unable to find your driver, call 407-501-6163 (or live chat assistance click here).
  • STROLLER RENTALS: Please be aware that a $35 fee will be applied to your reservation if transportation is required from Terminal C to Terminal A to retrieve your stroller. This fee covers additional waiting time (up to 15 minutes) and airport gate fees.
  • All other FL airports: Please have your phone on as soon as permitted. Your designated chauffeur will contact you upon landing with curbside pick-up instructions.


Hotels: 

The driver will be waiting (outside) at the main lobby’s valet area. For assistance, please call 407-501-6163 (or use the provided link for immediate assistance via live chat). We offer a 15-minute complimentary grace period for your pick-up. If the vehicle remains on location beyond this grace period, waiting fees will begin to apply in 30-minute increments.



Port Canaveral:

Please follow the signs for ‘Commercial Vehicle Pick-Up.’ After clearing customs, ensure your cell phone is on. Keep in mind that customs may take up to 45 minutes, so plan accordingly based on your scheduled pick-up time.

Confirm that the lead passenger’s contact number on your reservation confirmation is correct, as this is the number your designated chauffeur will call. If you haven’t heard from your chauffeur by your scheduled time, please call 407-501-6163 or live chat with our online representatives for immediate assistance.

Please note that commercial vehicles are not permitted to wait curbside and must follow the designated area specified by the Port Canaveral Authority.


Theme Parks:
 

Please follow signs for ‘commercial vehicle / taxi pick-up.’ Please call us at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled return time if you wish to arrange an earlier or later pick-up time back to your hotel.


Other important notes:

Changes in vehicles may occur (no fees will be applied) due to heavy traffic, schedule change requests within 72 hours or less, weather conditions, and/or  flight delays.  Click here for more Terms and Condition
