02 / AIRPORT PICKUPS & DROP-OFFS

Airport transportation.
From tracked arrival to return pickup.

Current guidance for MCO and SFB arrivals, delayed flights, meeting points, international arrivals and departure scheduling.

Is airport meet-and-greet included?

Yes. Meet-and-greet is included with qualifying MCO and SFB airport pickups. For domestic arrivals, the current published procedure places the chauffeur at the appropriate baggage-claim area holding a passenger-name sign approximately 35 minutes after gate arrival, once passenger contact is established. JetBlue currently uses a longer published timing. Review the complete Meet & Greet instructions.

What happens when my inbound flight is delayed?

Inbound flights are tracked beginning approximately two hours before the scheduled arrival, and the chauffeur is not dispatched until the flight is in the air. You do not need to report a normal delay unless the flight number, airport or itinerary changes. The passenger is responsible for ensuring the correct flight information is on file. Rescheduling fees may apply when the confirmed travel details change.

What pickup time should I enter for an inbound airport reservation?

Enter the flight's scheduled arrival time as the pickup time. If the party needs additional time after landing for eating, shopping or another reason, notify the team at least 24 hours before arrival. The additional-time request must appear on the reservation confirmation to avoid waiting fees.

What time should I schedule transportation back to the airport?

Outbound flights are not tracked. For MCO, schedule pickup at least three hours before departure. For SFB, schedule pickup at least three and one-half hours before departure. Add more time when the resort, traffic, airline or travel party requires it.

Is curbside airport pickup available?

Yes, curbside pickup may be available by advance request. The exact meeting procedure depends on the airport, terminal and current commercial-vehicle rules. Keep the lead passenger's phone available and follow the instructions provided by the operations team.

How much is the international-arrival fee?

A $35 international-arrival fee is currently added to MCO and SFB airport pickups. International arrivals use longer estimated customs and meeting windows.

03 / RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Reserve confidently.
Know when each step happens.

Payment timing, confirmation processing, secure card updates, cancellation terms, overnight charges and custom pricing.

What is the payment policy?

The payment card is used to hold the reservation and is normally processed four business days before pickup. Motorcoach payment is due ten business days before service. Review the confirmation and current Terms & Conditions for the booking that controls your reservation.

How do I add or replace the credit card on my reservation?

Use the secure Credit Card Form. Allow up to 24 hours for the update, do not submit the form more than once within 24 hours, and include every reservation number that should use the new payment method. New card information is not accepted by telephone.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation deadlines and charges vary by vehicle and circumstance. Standard sedan, SUV, van and limousine reservations currently require cancellation at least five days before pickup, while motorcoaches require ten business days. Flight-cancellation and rescheduling provisions also apply. Read the complete Cancellation Policy before making changes.

Why have I not received my confirmation?

Online booking requests are normally processed within 24 hours. Check the spam or junk folder and add info@flmagicaltours.com to the safe-sender list. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact the team and provide the booking details.

How much is the overnight pickup fee?

For pickups between 11:00 PM and 5:30 AM, the current published fee is $35 for sedans, SUVs and vans, $50 for limousines and $70 for motorcoaches.

Do you match competitor prices?

No. Florida Magical Tours does not price match. Published rates reflect a prearranged private vehicle, itinerary review, professional chauffeur, customer support and the services described with the selected route. Compare the complete service—not only the initial price—before choosing transportation.

Are published transfer rates all-inclusive?

The standard published routes currently include tolls, gate fees, gratuity, fuel surcharge and administrative or credit-card processing fees. International-arrival, overnight, holiday, charter, waiting-time, additional-stop and custom-route charges may still apply. Review the Rates page.

Do you provide transportation outside Orlando?

Yes, subject to availability and itinerary review. Email info@flmagicaltours.com or use the Contact page with the date, pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and requested vehicle for a quote.

The confirmation is your trip reference

Check every detail before travel day.

The confirmation connects the reservation request to the actual operating plan. Review the passenger contact, flight or cruise information, locations, times, vehicle, child seats, stops and special requests as soon as it arrives.

01

Passenger contact

Provide the mobile number of the lead passenger who will be traveling and available at pickup.

02

Flight information

Verify airline, flight number, arrival airport and date. Report a changed flight number promptly.

03

Vehicle and capacity

Confirm that passengers, luggage, strollers, mobility items and child seats fit the selected class.

04

Added requests

Extra time, grocery stops, child seats and special arrangements should appear on the confirmation.

04 / FAMILIES, LUGGAGE & ACCESSIBILITY

Plan for every traveler.
And everything traveling with them.

Child-seat availability, airport stroller rentals, luggage dimensions, service animals and mobility scooters.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster options are available by advance request, subject to vehicle compatibility, quantity and applicable fees. Passengers may also bring their own child seat. The parent or guardian reviews the fit and security before departure. See the complete Child Car Seat page.

What should we do when renting a stroller at MCO?

Notify the team at least 24 hours in advance. With prior notice, the airport arrival plan allows up to one hour after the flight's arrival for the baggage-claim meeting. Rental strollers may be located in a different terminal from the arriving flight. A $35 fee currently applies when a terminal transfer is required to retrieve the stroller and includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time for that terminal transfer. Review the current confirmation and Meet & Greet instructions.

How are small, medium and large suitcases measured?

Small suitcases are approximately 19–21 inches, medium suitcases 23–25 inches and large suitcases 26–28 inches. Strollers and oversized items also use cargo space. Review the Luggage Size Chart and vehicle limits.

Can a passenger travel with a trained service animal?

Yes. Add the service animal in the reservation's Additional Comments so the trip and vehicle space can be planned. No separate pet fee is charged for a trained service animal. Standard policies may apply to actual vehicle damage or excessive soiling, consistently with other passengers. A blanket or seat cover is recommended when helpful.

Can you transport a mobility scooter?

The vehicles do not have scooter-accessible ramps. Under the current policy, a high-top van is required, the foldable scooter must weigh 50 pounds or less, and the passenger or companion must assist with loading it into the rear cargo area. Contact the team before booking to confirm the scooter's weight, folded dimensions and vehicle availability.

Does the maximum passenger number guarantee that our luggage will fit?

No. Passenger seating and luggage space are separate limits. Count every suitcase, carry-on, stroller, child seat, mobility item, golf bag and equipment case. Select a larger vehicle or contact the team whenever capacity is uncertain.

05 / SERVICE & ITINERARY PLANNING

Private transportation.
Planned around a confirmed itinerary.

Grocery stops, added destinations, chauffeur communication, vehicle selection and the difference between reserved service and on-demand rides.

How do I request a grocery-store stop?

Add the request while booking and submit it at least 72 hours before pickup. The stop must appear on the confirmation. Complimentary options are conditional and not guaranteed; paid guaranteed options use different durations and fees. Read the full Grocery Store Stop policy.

Can I add an unscheduled stop directly with the chauffeur?

No. Additional stops must be submitted for advance review because they affect route time, vehicle scheduling and pricing. A stop is not confirmed unless it appears on the reservation confirmation.

Will I receive the chauffeur's phone number in advance?

Driver mobile numbers are not provided in advance. The designated chauffeur normally contacts the lead passenger shortly before pickup. Keep the correct traveling passenger's mobile number on the reservation and available at the scheduled time.

Can I request the exact vehicle shown in a photograph?

Vehicle photographs and brand names represent examples within each class. Exact make, model, year, color and configuration are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed. Operational conditions may require an equal or larger vehicle.

How is private transportation different from an on-demand rideshare?

Your transportation is prearranged around a confirmed itinerary and reserved vehicle class. The booking includes trip review, published capacity information, direct company support and location-specific pickup instructions. The right choice depends on whether price alone or advance planning, capacity and service support matter most to the traveler.

How far in advance should I reserve?

Reserve as early as possible, especially during holidays, cruise weekends, school breaks and major Orlando events. Availability is not guaranteed until the request is reviewed and confirmed. Child seats, grocery stops, custom routes and larger vehicles require additional advance planning.

What should I do if my question is not answered here?

Use the Contact page, call 407-501-6163 or open live chat. Include the travel date, reservation number when available and enough itinerary detail for the team to provide an accurate answer.
