With our user-friendly form, you can book any future transfer in just a few easy steps, whether it’s an airport pickup, a ride to Disney or Universal, or cruise transportation to Port Canaveral. As you complete the form, a wide range of vehicle options will be presented, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your party size and travel preferences. Each vehicle listing includes details on passenger capacity and luggage space to help guide your selection.

You’ll also have the option to include any special requests, such as child car seats, extra stops, or meet-and-greet service. At Florida Magical Tours and Transportation, our goal is to make the booking process as seamless and personalized as the ride itself.

New bookings/ reservations are only accepted via this portal / form below. At this time, we’re not accepting new bookings over the phone.

FROM Airport: Arrival time should be selected as your pick-up time. We track all inbound flights.

TO Airport: Schedule your pick-up at least 3 hours prior departure time OR let us know your departure time under “other comments” on Part 3 and we’ll schedule your PU accordingly to your departure time. Please note that we don’t track outbound flights.

Charter rates vary and a minimum of 4 hours (5 hours motorcoaches) is required. Contact us for a quote.
