Below, you’ll find a simple, step-by-step visual guide on how to book private transfers using our easy-to-use online booking form, available under the “Reserve Now” page. There’s no login required, no complicated setup, and no extra steps. Whether you’re booking for a single traveler or a large family, the process is fast, smooth, and built to save you time. Everything you need to know is clearly explained in the section below, so you can start booking confidently in just minutes. Let’s make transportation easy for you and your clients.

All information requested in the booking form should be entered using your passenger’s details. To provide us with the information we need from you as the travel agent, please use the “Additional Information” box located in Step 3 of the form. This is where you can include your full name, host agency, cell phone number, and best contact email. More details and examples can be found in the section below.
This helps us ensure smooth communication and proper record-keeping while keeping the process easy and efficient for everyone.

When booking a new reservation, there’s no login required -continue as guest-, no complicated setup, and no extra steps (see STEP 3 below for more information).

STEP 1: Ride Info – Select Service Type, Pick-Up Date and Time, Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations, and total passengers (also child car seats if needed).

STEP 2: Select Vehicle – For maximum passenger and luggage capacity details, please visit our “Fleet” page. There, you’ll find a full breakdown of each vehicle’s specifications to help you choose the best option for your client’s needs.

STEP 3: Final Details – Continue as Guest. Enter your client’s name and contact information. Under Additional Comments, please include your full name, host agency, and email address. Be sure to also provide inbound flight information (if applicable) and credit card details for payment.

Final Details – Please ensure that the number listed is the primary contact number (cell phone) for the main passenger and provide all flight information (inbound flights only) if your client’s party is arriving on 2 or more different flights. Failing to provide us with this information, will result in waiting fees and airport gate fees. Please leave your full name, agency name, cell phone, and email address under “other comments” in order to link this booking to your agency.

Your online booking request will be reviewed and processed within minutes after submission; however, please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation in some cases.
