Airport pick-ups and drop-offs:

– Yes, please proceed to baggage claim area for the respective airline.
– A chauffeur will meet you there 30 mins after landing time.
– Please click here if you need assistance finding your driver.

– We track in-bound flights (only).
– There’s no need to call us to notify us about flight delays (unless the flight number on file has changed)
– We track all inbound flights and your designated driver won’t be dispatched to the airport until your flight is in the air.
– It is the client’s responsibility to make sure we have the correct flight information on file as we only start tracking flights 2 hours prior the scheduled arrival time.
– Rescheduling fees may apply.

– Please select your flight arrival time as pick-up time (all in-bound flights are tracked).
– If additional time is required after landing (eating, shopping, etc), you must notify us at least 24 hours prior arrival.
– Request must be shown on your reservation confirmation in order to avoid any waiting fees.

– Please be advised that we don’t track out-bound flights.
– MCO: Please schedule your transfer at least 3 hours prior departure time.
– SFB: Please schedule your transfer at least 3.5 hours prior departure time.

– Airport curbside pick-up is available upon request.

– A $35 international flight arrival fee will be added to all Orlando Airport MCO and Sanford Airport SFB pick-ups.

Payments and Cancellations:

– The credit card on file will only be used to hold your reservation
– Card will be processed 4 business days prior to pick-up service.
– Motor coaches bookings, payment is due 10 business days prior service.

Child car seats:

– Yes, please click here to see child seat availability per vehicle and policy.

– Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, in order to avoid any waiting fees.
– Upon landing, your designated chauffeur will contact you to make sure you have already picked up your stroller.  
– All Terminal C arrivals, please note that stroller rental services are located in different terminals (A or B). We highly recommend having someone from your party collect the stroller while waiting your luggage.
– A $35 fee will be applied to your booking if you would like us to drive you from terminal C to terminal A or B. Up to 15 minutes of complementary waiting time is included.

– A $35 fee (sedan,SUV,van), $50 (limousine), $70 (motorcoach) will be applied to all pick-ups between 11:00PM and 5:30am.

– Unfortunately we don’t price match. Our all-inclusive rates are higher than some others. Our quality of vehicles and customer service is much higher than all others. We provide an all-inclusive experience and in this business you will always get what you pay for.  

We are not a taxi nor a rideshare company. Our goal is to always provide an excellent experience for those seeking the highest level of comfort and customer service possible.

While Uber may appear cheaper, it’s important to consider the level of safety, reliability, and overall experience. Our professional chauffeurs are licensed, trained, and knowledgeable about the local roads, ensuring smooth and timely transfers. Ride-share drivers often operate older vehicles, may lack proper communication skills, and can be unfamiliar with local’s routes, creating unnecessary risks of delays or breakdowns.

When booking with us, you can late-model vehicles, exceptional customer service, and the peace of mind that your family’s safety is our top priority. Many travelers find that the added security, professionalism, and comfort far outweigh the difference in cost.

We’re happy to assist passengers traveling with a service dog. However, please note that a cleaning fee may be applied if there is excessive hair, saliva, or any damage to the vehicle’s interior.

To help prevent this, we kindly recommend bringing a blanket or seat cover to protect the seats from any potential stains or wear.

Please make a note under the “Additional Comments” section when booking.

If the service animal is under 20 lbs, a sedan or SUV will be suitable. For service animals over 20 lbs, a van will be required. Please note that limousines are not available for transfers involving service animals.

– Our vehicles do not have scooter accessible ramps. 
– High Top Vans are the only vehicles available for all reservation with scooters.
– Scooter must be 50lbs or less.
– Passenger must assist with loading it into the back of the vehicle.
